OWNER'S FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE NORMAL OFFICE HOURS?
We are open Monday-Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We are closed on all major holidays.
DO YOU LIST SECTION 8 PROPERTIES?
Yes, all properties will list details that include whether or not a Government Voucher is accepted.
WHAT ARE THE OWNERS' RESPONSIBILITIES?
We ask that our owner clients be available and respond to communication within 24hrs minimum and check the online portal regularly for communication from our management team.
We ask that our owner clients communicate and file any new or updated documents for their perspective unit.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT TEAM?
We can be reached via phone or email during normal business hours. As well, owners can utilize the portal to send messages to management.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
No, the only additional fees not included in the management packages are maintanence fees that are charged as required.
DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY INSPECTIONS?
Yes, we offer monthly inspections with certain management packages.
DO YOU LIST HOMES FOR SALE OR LEASE TO OWN?
Yes, we list homes for sale. When available, we do offer Lease to Own options on some rental units. Make sure to read the property description for the Lease to Own options.
